Last year, I paid in advance to have upper and lower areas of both legs treated and didn't even know they shut down until I called to confirm my appt today (found it weird I hadn't received a confirmation call). I called corporate and had to leave a *** voicemail.

I only had 2 of the 6 treatments and want my money back. This is absolutely absurd!! No notification, no phone call...they cannot get away with this!

I read they are NOT BBB (Better Business Bureau) accredited for any of their locations. I hope there is a way for all of us to get our money back!!!

Reason of review: Prepaid undeceived treatments.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No information about closure, Took my money, Corporate not answering.
